 HOW TO APPLY  UNIVERSITY OF SARGODHA

1.      Candidate must have photographic, mobile phone number, email, CNIC copy of candidate as well as his / her father / guardian and copies all testimonials before start.
     2.      Register you ID at admission.su.edu.pk using your mobile number.
     3.      Complete your online application form first. A challan form for application processing fee worth Rs. 550/- (Rs. 950/- where admission test is applicable) will be generated which must deposited in any branch of HBL .Then candidate has to attach the scanned coy of this deposited challan in the online application for its final submission.
     4.      Before submission of applications makes sure that all required information have been provided correctly because candidate will not be able to edit her/his application, once submitted.
     5.      To apply for another program, candidate has to create and submit another application with new processing fee.
     6.      After closing date, program wise master lists will be displayed on university website for two days entertain data correction requests through candidate accounts. After two, no correction would be entertain at any cost.
     7.      Successful candidates will be intimated via SMS, email and website portal (admission.su.edu.pk).
     8.      At the time admissions the candidates will be required to submit their original terminal degree /DMC, application from copies of all academic testimonials, CNIC ( applicant and father/guardian and an affidavit (specimen available on website) on stamp paper of minimum Rs. 50/- at relevant department.
     9.      The relevant department will generate enrollment fee challan form. After deposing fee challn in any HBL branch the departmental copy of this challan is necessary to be submitted in relevant department within the data mentioned on challan form for approval of admission / enrollment.
 10.  Separate admission notice will be published for admissions in Pharm-D and Allied Health disciplines.
